We hope that you and your families remain well, and that you – like us – are gradually and safely returning to some degree of normality. Whilst most members of our team are currently subject to the local restrictions imposed in Greater Manchester on Friday night, we are hopeful that we can continue to offer as normal a service as possible.

We are currently open 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday. If we don’t answer your call within these times, it’s because we’re all on the phone – please leave us a message and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.

MRC continues to host the Altrincham 2 DX Hub so any DX parcels will be delivered directly to our offices. We can accept Royal Mail and courier deliveries within our normal office hours.

As many of our clients continue to work at home, we wanted to remind you that we offer the following services:

• Printing of electronic records
• Scanning of the paginated records and uploading to our portal for secure onward-sharing
• Courier collection/delivery from/to your home address
• Driver collection/delivery from/to your home/office address if within a 40-mile radius

Medical Record Collation remains firmly committed to delivering our services to the highest possible standard, without putting the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients or suppliers at risk.

We continue to monitor developments provided by the Government and Public Health England, and to review our practices accordingly. We will provide further updates as necessary.
